3 day exciting intensive course.
Topics covered: Basic terminology and different types of negotiations. Auctions versus negotiations. The three dimensions of negotiations, a holistic approach. Your individual personality profile and negotiations. Cultural dimensions and ethics of negotiations. Emotions and negotiations.
Tools used: Different negotiation exercises. Personality profiles individual or generic. Filming some of the exercises. Individual feedback on exercises and coaching
